About Me

Who?

I started acting as a kid growing up in the Valley, bouncing around Hollywood in the late ’90s — headshot in hand, nerves of steel, driving from audition to audition, getting stuck on the 405 and half-considering breaking into full song-and-dance on top of my car (a quiet homage to La La Land, before La La Land was even a thing). It was glamorous in the way folding chairs in casting offices are glamorous. But it was mine.

What began as childhood ambition turned into a 25-plus-year professional career as a working SAG actor in Los Angeles. Not the overnight-sensation kind — the show-up-early, know-your-lines, respect-the-process kind. The kind of career built on discipline, conservatory-style training, and an obsession with craft. I studied seriously. I trained rigorously. I learned how to take notes without flinching and how to lead without ego.

Over time, the work expanded. Acting evolved into directing. Directing grew into coaching and mentoring. And somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t just passionate about performance — I was passionate about developing artists. I’ve worked with actors the way I was trained: holistically. Voice, movement, text analysis, discipline, professionalism. The full picture. The craft and the character.

The “big break” story everyone loves to ask about? The real break was longevity. Staying in the room. Staying curious. Staying sharp. Building a career that wasn’t flashy for five minutes but sustainable for decades.

Now, as I complete my master’s in Theater Education at City College of New York while earning my teaching certification — and continue pursuing membership at The Actors Studio — I bring that same Valley-kid grit into the classroom, rehearsal room, and writers’ room.

The adventure didn’t end. It just grew up.

Current Projects

I’m currently completing my master’s in Theater Education at City College of New York, earning my teaching certification in the process—because loving theater isn’t enough, I also want to do it right in the classroom. At the same time, I’m working toward membership at The Actors Studio in New York, continuing the lifelong (and humbling) pursuit of sharpening the craft.

On the writing side, I’m developing a one-hour drama set in Coney Island at the turn of the century. Think ambition, illusion, crime, spectacle—the birthplace of the American dream with sawdust on the floor and secrets under the boardwalk. It lives somewhere between Boardwalk Empire and Carnivàle, but with my own brand of mystery, grit, and historical obsession.
